Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes — you pick a plan and add a card at signup, but you aren't charged until your 14-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Is it OK to ask customers for Google reviews this way?
Yes. MetricMirror invites every customer who responds to post on Google — it never hides the option from unhappy customers, which Google's policies and FTC rules prohibit. Low ratings also alert you privately so you can follow up.
Do I have to replace my scheduling software?
